Hi Sakshi,

 

Bhatta not paid” means the required Court fee to be affixed for processing summons to other party is deficient.

 

Unless and until you remit exact required court fee you cannot go forward with processing summons to other party.

 

For example: As per Andhra Pradesh Court Fee Act, court fee for summoning notice to defendant/respondent is Rs. 35/-

Bhatta not paid” means PF and DM  not paid or deposited in court for summoning the witnesses on behalf of petitioneror respondent ( as case may be) that is fixed by concerned court while you/your advocate had  submitted only the application for summoning the witnesses.

PF--- Process Fee which is fixed and for process of serving the summon

DM--- Diet Money which is fixed by judge  for witness for attending the court
