Divorce notice from hc

Dear All,

My divorce is pending in the lower court which will happen very soon. I am sure the opposite party will go to high court in case i win. My advocate is suggesting me not to recieve any HC notice till 3 months and then i can get married without any legal issue. I can still go and respect HC aftet 3 months and say since i was out of station so could not receive the notice. This is the safest way to avoid HC stay on lower court order.

I am highly confused. would be really grateful if someone helps me out here.

Regards

first let lower court order be passed as appeal is filed against it.

Yes, I endorse ur lawyers idea. Otherwise, a lot of time wil go down the drain via appeals. MAIN PROBLEM WIL BE-----WHOM U WIL SHOW AS UR NEW WIFE. If this problem is sloved, then definitely take this route
