Io harrasing after mediation successful

Was there anything mentioned in HC order to join investigation on the said dates or to go to PS every week. Something like this ?

 

whats the case about is it 498A if mediation is successfull case would be quashed and no need to entertain the IO he is just trying to get money. Avoid and get the case quashed by complying with mediation terms. The case would have been stayed at the time of referring to mediation

Thanks Everyone for your quick response. The case is 498a and 406. The mediation direction is for quash of FIR and MCD. But IO says mediation has no bearing on investigation, hence she would wants us to be joining the investigation as our AB condition is to joing the investigation. But at the time of giving the AB, the court had directed us for mediation. Now mediation being sucessful, I am not sure how can investigation proceed. The terms being, that MCD first motion be filed and 6 months later second motion and then Quash. So IO saying till Quash happens, investigation to proceed.

 

Any suggestions?

Hi as you wrote AB condition is to join investigations. This means that IO can write to HC to withdraw the facility of AB. better coperate with IO but once you are on ab no need to worry about police. IO still needs to file CS . regards

Its best to move for Quash immediately.

 

 

 

Dear Querist

no need to worry about it, you should be filed an application before high court along with mediation settlement to pass an order for ragular bail or

you can file a regular bail petition before magistrate court on based of this settlement, 

filed an application cum complaint against IO by your wife to higher authorities and mentioned that I am the complainant of this case and the matter has been settle between us but the IO is not ready to accept this and IO harass us.
