i bought a piece of land in haryana, execution of sale deed came into force, after a few days one filed a case in deputy commissioner office to cancle the sale deed. commissioner asked sub registrar to cancle and the sale deed was cancelled.
facts:- the land belonges to a temple and the entry in ownership column of revenue recore is - Thakurdwara......hissedar, muafidar,kaabiz(names of the salers/pujaaries)they have their names in revenue record since last more than 100 years. is it a legal deal, can deputy commissioner cancle saledeeds of this kind?
