Gift deed of immovable property.

Sir,

I am having flat at mumbai and i would like to gift it to my son, but this flat was purchased by 3 partners. and now i have to give my share to my son.  so how should i calculate by share in the flat.  In my share certificate issued by society it is mention tha authorised share capital of Rs. 27,000/- divided into to 540 share of Rs. 50 each.  and our share certifcate shows that we 3 partners have total no. of share 5.

kindly look into sale deed, through which you have purchased the flat.  Look into the schedule part and see how the document is registered and the number of sft etc, if you can give the details, it would be appropriate to give a solution for for gifting the property to your son.

Dear Madam, 

Thank you for the reply.  property schedule is as under

flat no 1004 admeasuring 565 sq.ft. super build up area and equivalent to 452 sq. ft built up area on 10th floor, building No. 32 known as black hill of ram nagar, aurangabad comprising of stilt + 22 storied.
