with the amendments of 2008 to IT act 2000 waiting for Presidents accent , 1. Cyber Scurity Infrastructure compliance for companies would be must

2. Cyber Cafe defination if seen carefully , it takes all companies which provide internet vis proxy server to there employee also are not spared

3. Complaint can be registered with Sr. Police inspector earlier it was ACP

4. Mobile Theft would be covered under IT Act now
