IF a case is CR 306 IPC Abetment suicide, - suicide not happened in company,
while working in company , female staff went outside without any information at 11.30am, after half an hour, the company isgetting the message , that she is admitted in hospital for committing suicide,.
Immediately supervisor visited the hospital and found unconcious. and the hospital was not able to give
further treatment and she was taken to another hospital by ambulance. After 1 hour , the company received a call from her husband that she died and what the company is going to do for her.
The company manager cried immediately and that they don't know regarding her suicide , but her husband was saying " Tell me awhat to do". The company replied to go on further proceedings.
At 5.00 clock , the company received a phone call from local police station to come and meet Inspector by two persons Manager and Asst. Manager.
The manager was male and the Asst. manager was female. both went and waited up to 10.00 pm to meet inspector. Inspector received address and signature from both in a white paper and asked them to go.
Next day morning only , they received a message from a person that both of them wre filed in CR306 IPC.
The deceased husband's statement was degrading her wife's work. and the manager is always scolding her, threating her to relive from the job. The asst. manager (female) is scolding her and she took her work and a lot .
But what happend was : The deceased staff (female) was working in the company for 9 years( before and after marriage). Her qualification is +2. The company had given training in tally and made her as accountant. after 9 years she got her settlement and resigned her job and quit the home town itself because of her husband. He had borrowed a lot of money and cheated mondey lenders and they were not able to stay. Without any information the family went to somewhere else.
After 5 months the deceased staff had a request with company manager, whether she can have a job.
Based on her family situation , the manager gave her a job .She came to her mother's house with her two children without her husband. Her husband ued to come monthly twice and once.
The deceased brother was also worked in the same company and due to jauntice and poor treatment he died and his pf and esi payment were given .

The company manager has not tortured her .He is a gentleman. he has accepted her work and increment is also given. Before and after marriage of the deceased staftt - her relation with Manager family and office was warm. The company persons know that.
The asst. manager - her wualification was BCA, PGDCA, Internal Lead Auditor training in TUV South asia and previous experience was computer faculty in Matric Hr.sec.school - her english efficiency is fluent .
In company , all the satff has to report their work reports and feedback to management not to any one. (Only 4 staffs wre there) so there is a no chance of scolding and threatining etc.
Both Manager and Asst. Manager got conditioned bail in high court
They have to sign in local police station - for 1 week twice a day and after theatonly morning until for further order.
Now, when they can cpply for relaxation bail and upto how many days they have to sign in police station and further what they can do " to tell that , this is a fraud case."
