Marriage at 21

Sir, 

Am Anirudh, My date of birth is january 1992. So, Now am at 21 age running. At this age do i get marriage ???  

My uncle is not accepting for marriage with his daughter. Her age is 20. Am doing job with good payscale... How can i registered through court legally if i get married now???

You have already completed 21 years in Jan 2013 so legally you can marry now,  but you cannot marry with a girl who is within prohibited degrees of relationship.

yes you have already completed the 21 years of age and you can marry your uncle daughet but in what way is you uncle related to you you hae not mentioned it if it is clear we can tell wheater you can marry or not.

You have compeleted 21 years and there is no legal bar in your marriage but you can't marry with the girl within prohibite degree of relationship.
