Hetram Ji, u ve asked the full Ramayan :-)

dear friend the query which you have floated can not be answered in limited words, Keshwanand Bharti judgment in itself is nothin short of a book.

if you wish to read the reasons, cause and effect of these judgments better take a bare act of Constitution of India and the copies of these judgments.

Sorry if you feel a bit uncomfortable out of my advice.

Respected Kiran Kumar sir's advise is very useful to all student. but being a student i know there is confusion in our mind ,so friend all ur mentioned cases are part or forming history of Doctrine of Basic Structure . you try to know what is this doctrine, what is limited amending power of Parliament or whether Parliament has power to amend Fundemental Rights? when u got answer to these qtns u may automatically get ur answers. Read analyticle view of Art.368 from any  commentary book  e.g. J.N. Pandey or M.P.Jain. All the best.
