Seeking help- Dismissal of Matrimonial Case

Dear sir, This is for your kind information that my wife had filed a divorce suit against me on the year 2011. Initially, she was very keen for the same but lately she didn't showed her any kind of interest to appear in the court, the honourable court has issued show cause and finally the dismissed the case. I have son of 05 yrs and although I got the visitation right for the same but about three times she failed to produce my son in front of me !! Sir, I an mentally very upset as I have not seen my son for last two years, so seeking yours valuable advice and guidance for the same. Thanks and regards, Saikot Chakraborty

1.sir, you said that the divorced suit filed by your wife was dismissed finally. Is she filed any fresh suit ?

2.if no divorce decree is passed, then u both are wife and husband still.

3. Are u separated by any order of the court ?

4.if not, if she left you without sufficient cause then u can file a suit against your wife as per sec.9 restitution of conjugal rights.

5. if any court order is passed between u and ur wife,then also u have each and every right to see your child as per the court fixes time at reegular intervals.

if she failed to produce ur son infront of u, u can file a case against ur wife that she neglected the court orders.
