very well said, sometimes i feel, just like zeher se hi zeher ko kaata jaata hai, waise hi, ek baar 498 aur DV ka zaalim upaye hone ke baad, purush aadmi free ho jaata hai hell se, yeh ek kadve dava ki tarah hai, peene ke wagt bahut taklif hoti hai, leking kuch saalo baad, woh aadmi free bird ban jaata hai....

instead of suffering in silence for the entire life, it is sometimes beneficial to take a dose of 498 or Dv so that in the long term, tum aapne burre waqt se hamesha ke liye mukt ho jayo.

498 and DV ladies ko aakal tab aati hai jab unka kamaya hua maintainence amount, 'kaala coat' fees bolkar le jaata hai.....genuine and innocent husbands should not worry about cases falling on them, this is the time when their emotions and patientince is tested, once they tide over this bad time, they get rid of this bad omen called 'wife'.  

@ sufferer Nice and worthy as every time I read your post I feel with new Zeal and strength.Keep rocking against these Biased Law,moreover after going through this forum I have developed many things inside me and you are the one who had always inspired me to stand against the illegalities of my own inlaws & wife who had made my life a second place without happiness.

Well said @ Fighting Back , As ultimately the money which these women earns goes to their Lawyers fee.They work day and night in thinking how to extort their own husband if any chances been delivered to them. They are so much energetic and positive that they don't miss any single opportunity to grab their honour to send their husband to police custody and then judicial custody.

But yes their hard earned income which they get after extortion not remains with them as most of the time it has been seen that their own siblings and parents snatches their money and make these women as only a nominated body without power and share in such Loot.

There parents and siblings say as " Look Behen/Beti we have accompanied you to all cell whether CAW cell or general PS and stay with you till your husband has not been dragged and not been tortured to get such chance to extort the Bumper Lotery in a single day. So, my share will be more than this...and this and that..and this as this and that goes till all share of Looted money not been consumed by her own brothers and sisters and Father and mother.

Lastly,,Bechari woman Pays the Lawyers Fee also,Her greedy parents selfishness also,Her brothers to be Rich as his Jijja also...and she is left with only a Tag of 498a and DVA 2005 wife.

It is well said that "A Road to success Via shortcut never ends with Long lasting" as those shortcuts are only the cause of Downfall.
