Dear All,
Girl has filed execution application in family court for non payment of maintenence in crpc 125. Court has ordered my employer to deduct 10k per month and sine and die divorce case till HC give any further decision the appeal i filed (next date in HC is in march). Today i got a update from my employer that court has again ordered to cut more amount from my salary to pay the arrears. How can judge allow such application when the execution order is already passed and amount is getting deducting from my salary and for non payment of arrears my divorce case is already closed.
Please guide is their any remedy for me.
