Want to know the exact relevance of the Just. Roshan Dalvi Judgement of the mumbai high court in DV cases filed after a year of seperation.
In the judgement, downloaded from the website, a very brief judgment is given that DV should be filed within a reasonable amount of time, however i am not able to get the full details of the case, the mumbai high court judgement is an appeal judgement.
so if anyone can share the full context of the judgement so that it can be perfectly applied to the relevant scenario.
1) was the couple married or divorced when the wife filed the DV?
2) did the divorce take place in forgien land and DV filed in India After a year?
i would indeed be grateful if anyone could share the full judgement with the above material included.
