Sir,
i have filed a case against an individual for forgery. He managed to get an anticipatory bail before summons is issued and run out of jurisdiction which is not allowed as per terms of anti-bail. Later he accepted summons. Whether i can make an issue of his braking anti-bail conditions now? i have written proof.
Please advise.

the police needs to file the application before the concerned court for cancelling the anticipatory bail granted to the accused with all the evidences.
