Receiving termination letter

What happens if one central govt employee  refuses to accept termination letter? is it necessary to receive letter.

No it is not necessary.  Only statement of one peon will be recorded that he went to deliver the letter and addressee refused to accept.  The letter is deemed to have been delivered.

The status in the record of employer shall continue to remain as Terminated.

If the order is bad then contest it and get it called back.
