It says state should not force the lady, but if the lady willfully wants to go, then?

 

It has not said that state should stop lady from going to matrimonial home, if the lady so wishes.

The circular of administrtive authroity cannot replace the statutory rights.

 

Wife if she so desires has aright to force enter the matrimonial house and police has s duty to cooperate.Law never means that a complainant should suffer for having taken shlter of law.

Law is meant for safety how a wife live with criminal she dont have sense but police knows crime may happen. I am finding in india evert lawyer is earning huge amount of money with 498a dv etc etc why these greedy lawyers wants this section to be amended and make as equal for men also in the era of gender equality. Males are also human being and I also wish who soever help the false.have the false on him once before his last breath 498a is complete bull sh*t law its just a useless law.

Police has a duty to let the lady in the matrimonial home. This whole circular is against the husband.
