Need advice on unregistered will

Respected Members,

Need advice on the following:

  1. Father Expired without registering will. Will has fathers and Witnesses signatures
  2. have 2 houses on his name (out of his own earnings)

Is this will valid. Can we use the will to get the house registered on our names as per the will? No other objections/disputes.

Yes , it is a valid will , when no objection is there by anyone then go for mutation .

It is not compulsory to register a will.unregistered will is as valid as registered. Teatator  sign  on will in presence of two witnesses makes a will perfectly valid.

Yes this will is valid. Registration of will is not mandatory.
