Evicting tenant of commercial property

Hi,

My friends commercial property has been occupied by a tenant. He does not pay rent regularly. How to evict him ? What are the strongest sections that can be used to evict him immediately.

Thanks,

Learning

Default in payment of rent for more than two months will be a strong ground asking him to vacate the premise.  Issue him a legal notice to vacate and handover the vacant possession of the property/premise on the stated grounds, if he fails to comply or reply with false allegations/details, you may file an eviction suit through court of law.  consult a local lawyer and proceed as per his advise.
