Please share your divorce experience

I know this website is really helpful in getting experts advice on legal process, but it would be better if members share their experience about divorce.

Why your marriage failed ?

Why you didn't try to fix your marriage ?

Thanks.

Only one Reason - Money

  • Wife need money during marriage
  • Wife need money after Deserting the husband
  • Wife need money by blackmailing husband and in-laws of Pre 498a and Post 498a, for settlement
  • Wife need Money as a maintenance or permanent Alimony.

All Goes Around Money Greed of wife !!!

Hello All is Not well,

Did your wife ask you money directly ?

How long did you lived together ?

This is in General. I believe most of the people out here will agree. :)

All is Not well, I do not agree with you. You forgot a few things. Wife need properties too... your property, your in-laws' property, your dog's property, your cat's property, your car, your cycle, --- and then if you give all that, she will need your dog, your cat---. :) Why marriage failed? Because we are not willing to give all this. Why you didn't try to fix the marriage? I tried but I could not go naked in the streets. I would have been left with nothing. WHen I was willing to give everything, she started asking for more... even the clothes I was wearing.

So, you need genuine answer....

Ok, shall we know are you genuine person here to ask such personal query?

What you think the above persons are kidding and you are only saint in terms of knowing the actual facts of why divorce happens. If this is the fact then why are you wasting time here.

Mr. Sunil, I think you should invest your 12 months on this legal forum or read past one year each query on divorce by innocent husbands. Automatically you will come out with your burning quest to know that the above two gentlemen what they have said is totally correct.

Dear Sunil kumar,

"My wife is employed and her salary is more than 60k per month, In the divorce petition she is claiming 15 lakhs as alimony and 8 lakhs for marriage expenses.

My wife is demanding 30 lakhs alimony and 15 lakhs towards marriage expenses."

"She filed a case against me under section 13ia in Bangalore family court.

She is earning almost equal to my salary which is about 60 thousand per month."

These are parts of your own posts !!

Still doubt the money part :)

My 2 cents here -

Reasons for Marriage Failure -

1. Ego, Pride and arrogance.

2. The expectations are too high.

3. Male dominance or Female dominance.

4. Misunderstandings.

5. Always self..

As there are 100 reasons for Karna's death, there are more than 100 reasons for divorce.

But only one reason to stay together is Love and Affection between 2 persons....there should also be Mutual Trust and Respect....
