Filing dp3 case

You can file Wirt Petition (Article 226) with Dowry Prohibition Act and Indian Evidence Act in-person (Without Advocate).

File a private complaint in court and req the judge to transfer this to PS for investigation.......

u need to file under crpc 200 and 156 for transfer....

I salute for your efforts in bringing this social change and giving courage to people who are struggling with this menace of society . Breaking family !!!!! and bringing disharmony !!!!

I am sure one day this shall bring change and the truth about this modern society will be accepted that generation have got changed their marital discord is not only sourced from dowry reason. There are n number of reason behind this. 

The life contributed to society, is the life who served its purpose ( as GITA says) and I believe Rocky and SK has served very well to society. There are many more to whom I may not recognize so far, but certainly admire them with heart. 

Infact the fight of Mr. Arnesh kumar has really bring a big change to this menace (498a) for society. 

I really want to thanks to the fighters who are bringing this change to society. THIS CHANGE HAS TO COME ONE DAY . WE ALL NEED TO KEEP FIGHTING WITH THIS.
