Motor accident _ Ownership _ Transfer of ownership of a vehicle occurs when there is a transfer of property in the vehicle to the transferee _ Registration particulars are only in the nature of supportive evidence _ Once the transfer of vehicle is established, the certificate of insurance and the policy described therein are deemed to be transferred in favour of transferee.
