the Tehsildar has replied saying that the 7/12 extracts is missing .. it is for more that a decade!! how is this possible??
what should i do as i need all the previous records with respect to my property.

whatever documents you have on your ownership can be filed before registrar general of registration and on his cerification the tehsildar can reconstruct your 7/12 extract document, if regfused file Art 226 writ before the jurisdictional high court under writ mandamus,

records are missing for a decade post which someone elses name is mentioned! this is ancestral property and was never sold .. clear case of forging/cheating ..
