How to counter/expedite/tackle appeals

ATTACHED is a judgement copy of the case i won at Munsiff court after ~5 years and for which the defendant WILL GIVE AN APPEAL...i have applied for a caveat.

For a layman in cpc's and with that limited knowledge i can see that defendants can not win but can keep dragging case in sessions now, then high and maybe supreme!

The misery of Indian legal system where the time factor is not the scale to measure the truth and suffering.

What are the scopes of appeal? How to file a counter to appeal.? Please refer citations if any in these aspect.

KINDLY REVIEW & ADVICE.

Your worry is about the appeal and how to counter it (?), if yes, can you explain that the defendant has no right to appeal?, Your problem is solved by the judgement, so wait until the appeal period is over and go for execution of the decree in your favor.

Let the defendant appeal...am not questioning his/her right to appeal!!!

All am interested is after going through the above judgement order...can any of the expert say as to:

1. What all can be the grounds to appeal/under what pretexts can an appeal be filled?!

2. What can be the possible rebuts for the appeal?!

Kindly provide citations where necessary.
