Hi Friends
If a person under Provident fund scheme has nominated somebody to receive the fund post to the death, I want to know that the amount will go to nominee or to All legal heirs.
Eg. Wife nominates only childs. Is husban also eligible to ge tthe money as legal heir.

Nominee will be acting as an trustee to such amount and only legal heirs will be having right over such amount.

female empoyee has option to exclude spouce from nomination and it is bindi nomination
