In 1973 partition deed was done between My Father, My Father's grandfather and my grandfather brother. In 1973 My Grandfather was not alive during partition, so it was register in my father (1/3rd) name instead of My Mother name and my anuty(2).
Now is it required to get NOC from my 2 aunty, or not requried. In 1973 only my grandmother had signed the partition deed and not my 2 aunties. Will the aunty can calim the property which was currently in my father name since 1973?
