Registration of gift deed

No stamp duty required to gift immovable property in blood relation. See  recent notification of the Maharashtra government to abolish stamp duty on gifts between relatives (Referring to the Maharashtra Stamp Act Amendment Bill 20/2015) 

I am with Mr. Anil Upadhyay  in appreciating his statement

Why are the lawyers not talking about registration charges? 

My husband wants to register a gift deed in my name. But we still don't know what are % of charges are levied?

Which section in the bill states the abolishment of Stamp Duty on gifts of immovable property between the blood relations?
