hello everyone
my house is situated in a colony just next to a wine shop situated on main road also there is a residential house just beside that shop. this shop belongs to a bakery and the wine shop was recently opened on lease. there is also a school situated within 100 mts on the other side of the road where the wine shop is located. there is a lot of nuisance created by the customers of this wine during the day and more in the night. the safety and security of colony people is at thrreat. so can we apply to GHMC for relocation or do put up a gate?(the wine shop owner is asking us colony members for an NOC) and I am wondering how he was granted license to put up the shop and also he is saying he needs NOC as GHMC is asking him to take NOC from us to put up a gate. please kindly suggest a remedy.
