1)      What is the combine effect of IPC “498a and Attempt to murder case” accused by wife on her husband?
2)      Anticipating the same and before lodging the FIR by wife, what are the “effective measures” to be taken to fight and prevent its affect and fight.

There is no 'combining effect' of the two. Both sections deals with separate sets of offence which requires different standars of proof.

If the allegation are true then I fail to fathom the ways of protection. If not, then flood the local Police Staion with complaints against the wife.

Both sections are different and the victim has to prove.
