F&F not cleared by employer for more than 2 years

Hi All,

I was working with a hotel in Coimabtore and left the organisation in Apr 2014. They have cleared my salary after a delay of 6 months but are still not clearing my rest of the FnF like leave encashment and LTA etc. ( I gave my due notice and also have a copy of the clearance form signed by all HoDs and the GM)

I have written multiple mails to everyone right from the HR to the MD..

What can I do..
