hi experts, please tell me . what advantages do i have if the wife has lost RCR which she had filed on me, RCR was filed by her and it was dismissed by the judge.
what are the advantages that i have:
i have already filed a divorce case. it is going on...do i have any advantage in that?
she has filed 125 case on me.....do i have any advantage in that case?
she has already filed Domestic violence case on me....do i have any advantage in that?

If allegations she file in RCR and DV are same you can take advantage of this. DV case can be dismissed on the base of RCR decision. You can also take RCR advantage in divorce case. Winning of RCR show she desert you without any reason and she put false allegations in RCR its prove cruelty. You dnt have to pay her single money.

You will get divorce. DV case will also hold no value as court dismissed her RCR petition, that will also be dismissed. Maintenance cases if any will continue, that will include DV if she asked maintenance under it. If she is working women u need to contest it.
