MY NAME IS Arshi Khan I am from middle Class Family my mother forced me for second Marriage Which is also From Muslim Family Now My first and Second Wives Both Are muslim now I am facing problem from my second wife I am ready to divorce Her please help me what the consequences I will have to face it and my mother which is not so co operating with my first wife we are left our own house and leaving in rented home from my mother's behaviour please tell me some easy suggestion where I will get help and I am free from my mother,father And Brother's Torture.

Pronounce  triple talaq for 3  successive moths and divorce her. You need to return her Mehr or/dower amount  at the time of divorce. Give Khula  form of divorce.. This is more a personal problem which you have to decide taking into account the mental trauma you have to cause to second wife, who is in no way concerned with disputes of your mother and you.  Your decision affects the whole family and no outsider can advise you. It is not clear as to whether you informed of your first marriage to second wife, and your relationships between two wives, which may arose jealousies in between women.  Your weakness spaked the troubles, and now you have to take a decision in a matured way, keeping in mind not only your mental peace but also welfare of those who depended on you.

First let us know that you want to divorce your second wife due to the pressure from your mother or you, yourself has got any problem with her.  If you have got problems and if you think that you cannot resolve them peacefully, then you can follow your personal law and proclaim divorce as stipulated there.  But, let me make it very clear.  If she is annoyed, she can challenge this divorce in court of law and also, she will file Secton 125 cr.p.c. for maintenance and also domestic violence case against you.  You must be prepared for that.  If she is also ready to go for divorce then there will be no problem.  Regarding the problems you have been facing with your mother and other family members, you take a rented property and stay with your first wife and occationally visit your mother and other family members.
