Dear Lawyers,
My friend (Male) belongs to Muslim community. Undergone false allegations by his wife on Local Police station, DV, Mental cruelty. My friend approached family court to prove his innocence filled suit Restitution of Conjugal rights . Now the girl family doesn’t wish to run this case on court, came forward to close all the issues & both the parties have decided to separate on Muslim Personal Law ( since it will get very fast, need not to wait for 6 months mutual divorce period).
Now how should my friend can withdraw the RCR case in court & can you please elaborate the steps in detail please??
