lIMITATION PRIOD FOR CYBER CRIMES IS 3YEARS AND IF IT IS DELAYE D BY SHOWING SUFFICIENT CAUSE YOU CAN GET THE DELAY CONDNED BY COURT.

powered to decide under this Act.

When must a complaint be filed?

The Limitation Act provides that a suit must be filed within three years from when the right to sue accrues [59].

.The same time period applies to  cyber crimes also.If you APPRECIATE THIS ANSWER PLEASE CLICK THE THANK  YOU BUTTON  ON THIS FORUM.
