When and where the complaint has been withdrawn and summons issued by whom, as stated by you ? 

If the sub inspector is mentioning that a CC case is pending then you verify the details about the pending case directly from court through your lawyer

In almost each thread you are giving a piecemeal information and seeking advise.    In some cases it appears that you have taken yourself as examiner and experts are students appearing in LLB examination and attempting a short note.

You will never be able to get a complete advise unless facts are shared in one go.

The advise based on partial facts may not be suitable and rather can be counterproductive.

The loser in this game will be you and you alone.
