Hi,

what are the next steps in 498A. My wife filed a 498 A case with false allegations.

The status of the case is below.

1. Case moved to court.

2. Summons serve and appeared in court.

3. Adjourned for next date.

First there wil be argument on charge.

After that prosecution evidence will start.

First examination in chief of complainaint

then her cross examination and this will continue till all prosecution evidence complete
