Hi All,
I have filed for divorce on my estranged wife who has filed 498(a) & 506 false cases on me after abandoning me in USA and returning India with a month old USA citizen baby.
High court has stayed the proceedings in the lower courts after presenting proofs to prove the false allegations made in 498(a) complaint.
Now I have returned to Inda and have filed the divorce, my concern is if I start a new business, what are the implications on my divorce ?
Does the profit out of this business need to be shared after divorce decree ? etc.
Please advise.
