Compalin to ICC your Internal Complaints committee they may consider your case sympathetically. Or complain to top Management. Or take the help of Ombudsman.They may resolve your problem. Or Go to labor colurt and compalin the mental harassment of managememnt in changinghg your job profile frequently by the Management in a negativc manner causing you mental stress and give dirfections to Mangmenmnt not to harass employees. Approach UNion and talk with Top Managmennt.
Or you can approach even a civil court. Contact a Good Labor and Service Lawyer who would be of help to you. Hurry up.

Rowdiness of bosses is not an unknown chapter in employment.
You may 1st of all record the irrfutable evidence(audio/visual/witnesed/minuted).
At the same time such excercise is usually aimed to filter and remove the unwanted/unwilling employees.
The boss may be acting with confidence of senior management and HR.
Firm up your next venture ASAP and keep choice handy.

Do you have bank employee's unions?
