Can I transfer my Partition suit from District court of Bihar to Delhi District court
Because I Permanently situated at Delhi
Is any provision in Indian legal system for the above matter.

There is no such provision in law to get the case transferred to the place of your choice. If you are finding difficult to attend the case try other means.
