Completion of Notice Period after termination of employment by the employer

Is it necessary to serve notice period by employee when employer has terminated his services with a notice of termination of 15 Days

If the option of notice pay in lieu of notice period exist in enactments applicable to establishment/employer/employee then employee can ask to;

Waive off the notice pay

Adjust the notice pay

And handover the charge under proper acknolwdedgment.

You may preferably discuss in person with a very able LOCAL counsel as already suggested, since you do not seem to be inclined for discussing in threads..

Your employer has already leveled allegation of having caused loss so you may preferably defeat all allegations on merits.
