Stamp Duty For Lease

Hello,

I want to register lease deed for 1 year in Ahmeadbad (Gujarat). Annual rent + security deposit amount is Rs. 2,10,000/- . How much amount of stamp duty i have to pay??

Registration Fees in Gujarqat is 1% The women are exempted from payment of Registrsation Fees if the Lease is exclusively in favour of woman. You will have to get the Lease Deed registered and pay the Stamp Duty @ 4.9 % on value of average annual rent. 1 year in Ahmeadbad (Gujarat). Annual rent + security deposit amount is Rs.2,10,000/- The stamp Duty will be Rs.10290/-

Is there any variations in stamp duty percentage if lease term is less than five years??
