Divorce Withdrawal

1. Is it required to mention the grounds for withdrawal of divorce case?

2. Can divorce be initiated again on same grounds after withdrawal?

3. Can wife return back when criminal and maintenance cases are pending without closing those?

1. If u lose case, then no divorce, no reason. But you cannot leave ur spouse in uncertainty/estranged/deserted......

2. If u r sufferer, then u must conclude things before withdrawl keeping eye on future. If u choose not to and then continues , it means u r okay with whatever grounds u had. Later, u cannot dig same burried story. Thats over.

3. YES, wife can return to matrimonial home anytime irrespective of cases. It is upto u what action u take/ what u want. Consult ur lawyer.

1. Yes

2. Can't be on same cause of action.

3. Cases will be closed by court on receipt of compromise understanding taken place between both of you but instead of straight away closing the court may stay (put on hold) the cases for certain period of time to ascertain the strength of your re-relationship before closing the cases.
