my wife file maintenance case against me on Dec 2016 now the stage of case is evidence & I m having 2children he took my children from mahila police 0n Jan 2016. demanding 20,000/month maintenance charge from court how long these case will run & how the court will decide maintenance charge
It depends upon the way you handles.
There must be sufficient grounds to claim maintain an eye. You can plead desertion ,no sufficient cause to leave, willing to take back,cruel treatment, etc.Anyhow, try to settle.
