Complaint against advocate

I was ill treated by the bar association president in Andhra Pradesh regarding a complaint against my advocate. Because bar association consists of lawyers only.

Now AP bar council also consists of lawyers. will they treat my complaint by following principles of natural justice or will they favour him? I kept quiet from 2 months. what are the remedies available to the advocate? can he file defamation against me. I have strong evidence against him threatening me (mobile recordings)

Dear querist,

If you have evidence then complain to State Bar Counsel, result will be different from what you have seen at Andhra Bar President.

As far as action from advocate side concerned then anything can said after knowing complete facts.

remedies are available to the complainant against the advocate. they have to file a petition in state bar council and if the adjudicating body is confirmed that advocate on record is malafide it will pass order against the advocate.
