Mam ur language is not clear. What I understood from ur query is that U wanna know if an Applicant to Govt. Job who is charged under a FIR lodged U/Sec. 107 & 151 Cr PC whether has 2 disclose the same in his Appln Details. Being from legal fraternity I wud suggest that if there is column in Govt. Job Appln Form asking for specifn about FIR and if Applicant is accused under any charge and irrespective of d fact that he/she may acquitted or convicted later on for the said crime, must need to share d details with Employer at d time of seeking job. Or otherwise it may attract misrepresentations, fraud or concelament if Employer becomes aware about such offences subsequently.

sir, does police register FIR under section 107/151 of crpc...?? one of my friend was arrested under these sections n somebody told him that police doesnt register any FIR under these section bcz its just an preventive action.. so he had not revealed thse facts in the application form.... now what is the solution sir
