NOTICE PERIOD ISSUE AFTER RESIGNING FROM JOB

I have currently resigned
in an IT company in Noida, according to my designation here it is 1 month notice period but before noida I was in Hyderabad branch of the same company, where I signed 2 months notice period.

Although company Associate director accepted and given one month notice to me in written but my manager is a devious person and may try to extend it to 2 months.

And I dont want it to extend since I have to join another company, Should I complete one month and leave.

Can a company sue or take a legal action in such case or if they don't give experience and relieving letter.

If they want to trouble you, they can file a case and make you run to court. . Easy going is best policy.  Talk to your higher ups.  Just dont bother too much, learn to say OK sir. That shall solve your problem.
