what are the sections 301 and 302 of crpc

will please tell me what are the sections saying 301 and 302 og crpc .is there possibility to replace PP with private advocate completely .some one saying that there is judgement for replacement of PP with private advocate.

Generally in criminal cases not possible to replace with PP. only we can assist to PP or  under direction of PP .
