how to get remarry

my girl friend had a register marriage without her family constant as she has been inluenced by the boy..but oneday boy came to take away from her home and her family given case in police station and case has been withdraw by her family as they did not live even a single day now we both want to marry how can we do plz suggest.

In this case she will have to get a decree of divorce from court, if you want to get married to her.

She will have to apply for divorce in family court either by way of mutual consent or a contested divorce.

Your girlfriend has to approach a good advocate and file for divorce.

After divorce has been granted by the court, you both can marry as per your will.
