Property of a bachelor

One of my bachelor relatives dies intested (without making any will). He has 3 brothers (only one live brother) & 5sisters(all expired). Whether The property will be divided among 8(all sibling) or only brother will inherit the property. Regards

It will have to be divided into 8 shares. Among 8 whoever is alive gets his share. The siblings of the already expired will have to share the share that had come to their Father/Mother.

As he has unmarried died intestate then his only living brother will inherit it.deceased brother or sisters children cannot claim any share from him.only surviving brother inherits it.

Surviving brother is2nd class heir. Who are living at that time will get share.who is dead their children's doesn't get any share.so entire property goes to only brother.
