Change in surname in house registration

Hi I am Ruchi I need a advise on the procedure for the change in the name of my house registry. My present registry is in my married name and now as I am divorced so want to change it with my madien name. Does it need to get re registry ?

You request your vendor to execute a rectification deed for rectifying the Surname. But the fact of divorce with its court order number and date (copy also be enclosed to the document) shall be mentioned in the rectification document and get it be registered.
