The witness is required to be put questions qua the suit and documents relied upon and complete his/ her evidence on next date.

Why the documents A 1 to A 16 marked and not "exhibited"? Were the documents not original ?

Recheck and consult a local senior lawyer for better appreciation of facts and guidance.

Thank you for your reply Sir, My mother bought the Land from my paternal grand father where he bought it from other person (not through his father) we have the evidance documents that we bought from my grand father but my father's younger brothers are claiming that land to be distributed among the three.. it is an Agricultural land they are interfering in every work that we do there we got the temporary injuction order for the suit ... Sir please guide me in solving my problem
